What is your washing machine doing?
Find your symptom below. In most cases we can tell you the likely cause and a price range over the phone before we even arrive.
Drum not spinning
Usually a snapped drive belt, worn carbon brushes, a failed door lock telling the machine the door is open, or a motor control board fault. We test each in order rather than guessing.
Water leaking onto the floor
Door seal splits, cracked detergent drawer housings, loose hose clamps and tub seal failures. We pressure-test to find the true source instead of just wiping and hoping.
Error code on the display
E10, E20, F05, 4E, UE, OE and the rest — each brand codes faults differently. We read the code, confirm it against the actual component, and explain in plain language what it means.
Loud banging or grinding
Worn drum bearings, a loose counterweight, or something metal caught between drum and tub. Bearings can usually be replaced — you rarely need a new machine.
Dryer not heating / takes hours
Blocked condenser, failed heating element, thermostat cut-out or a clogged lint path. We strip and clean the airway as part of every dryer repair, which is what stops it recurring.

Is my washing machine worth repairing, or should I replace it?
As a rule of thumb, if the repair costs less than a third of a new machine of the same quality, repair is the better value — especially for European brands built to last 10–15 years. We give you the honest answer on site, and if it is genuinely beyond economical repair we say so and charge you nothing.
Can you replace drum bearings, or do I need a new machine?
We replace bearings regularly. A loud grinding or rumbling on spin is usually bearings, not a dead machine. Some sealed-tub designs make it uneconomical — we will tell you which category yours falls into before quoting.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most washing machine repairs are completed in 45 to 90 minutes on the first visit. Drain pumps, door locks, belts and heating elements are carried on the van. Only rarer control boards or drum assemblies need ordering, and we give you a firm timeframe if so.
Do you repair washer-dryer combo machines?
Yes. Combo units are more complex — they add a condenser or heat-pump drying circuit to a normal washer — and they are one of the most common machines we service in UAE apartments.
My machine is out of manufacturer warranty. Can you still help?
Yes, that is most of our work. We service out-of-warranty machines of every major brand and provide our own 90-day warranty on the parts we replace and the labour we perform.
Why does my dryer take so long to dry now?
Usually a restricted airway — a blocked lint filter, clogged condenser or blocked vent hose — rather than a failed heater. UAE dust makes this far more common than in cooler climates. Cleaning the full airway is part of every dryer repair we do.
