What is your dishwasher doing?
Find your symptom below. Most dishwasher faults are inexpensive parts — the trick is identifying the right one instead of replacing the whole machine.
Water left standing in the bottom
Almost always a blocked drain filter, jammed drain pump impeller, or a drain hose that has sagged behind the unit. We clear it, test the pump under load and correct the hose run.
Will not start or door will not lock
Door latch micro-switches wear out with daily use, and the machine refuses to run if it cannot confirm the door is shut. Usually a quick, low-cost replacement.
Leaking under the kitchen unit
Door gaskets, split inlet hoses, cracked sump seals and loose clamps. Integrated units hide leaks until cabinets are damaged — we pull the machine safely and pressure-test it.
Error code or flashing lights
E15, E24, i30, F1 and similar codes usually point to water in the base tray, a drain fault or a heater problem. We read the code, then confirm it against the actual component.
Not drying, or cycle never finishes
Failed heating element, faulty thermostat or a NTC sensor giving the board bad readings. We test the heating circuit properly instead of guessing at the board.

Integrated dishwashers are built into your kitchen, so a careless repair damages cabinets and worktops. This is how we work.

Careful removal of integrated units.Worktop and floor protected, unit released from its housing correctly, water and power isolated — no scratched cabinets and no chipped tiles.
Full water-path inspection.Filter, sump, drain pump, spray arms, inlet valve and heater are all checked, because a "dirty dishes" complaint is usually three small blockages, not one big fault.
Descaling as standard.UAE water is hard, and scale is the single biggest killer of dishwasher heaters and pumps. We descale as part of the repair so the fault does not return.
Refitted, levelled and leak-tested.We run a full cycle, check every seal under pressure, then refit the unit square in its housing and re-hang the door panel correctly.

Why are my dishes still dirty after a full cycle?
Usually three things at once: a clogged filter, blocked spray-arm jets and scale build-up from hard water reducing spray pressure. It is rarely a failed machine. We clear the entire water path and descale, which fixes the majority of "poor cleaning" complaints without any expensive parts.
Can you repair a built-in dishwasher without damaging my kitchen?
Yes — integrated units are most of what we service in UAE apartments and villas. We protect the worktop and floor, release the unit from its housing correctly, and refit it square with the door panel re-hung properly. No scratched cabinets.
There is water standing in the bottom. Is that serious?
Usually not. It is nearly always a blocked filter, a jammed drain pump impeller (often a fruit stone, glass chip or label) or a sagging drain hose. It is one of the quicker and cheaper repairs we do.
How much does a dishwasher repair cost?
You get a fixed price after the on-site diagnosis, and nothing happens until you approve it. The inspection charge is waived when you go ahead. If the machine is beyond economical repair, you pay nothing at all.
Does hard water really damage dishwashers in the UAE?
Yes — it is the single biggest cause of dishwasher failure here. Scale coats the heating element and narrows the water path, which kills cleaning performance first and then the heater. Keeping the salt reservoir topped up and descaling regularly roughly doubles machine life.
Do you repair commercial dishwashers for restaurants?
Yes. We service restaurants, cafeterias, hotels and catering kitchens across all four emirates, with priority response and annual maintenance contracts available for commercial kitchens.
