Most appliance repairers stop at the appliance. Our licence also covers air-conditioner repair and maintenance, electrical fittings and fixtures, and building maintenance — so when the fault is the socket or the isolator switch behind the machine, the same company can deal with it.

Which areas do you cover?
We cover all of Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman — from Dubai Marina, JLT, Downtown and Mirdif to Al Nahda, Al Majaz, Khalifa City, Al Reem Island and Al Nuaimiya. Our technicians travel to you, wherever you are in those four emirates.
How quickly can a technician reach me?
In most areas a technician is with you the same day. We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, so late-night and weekend breakdowns are handled the same day rather than being pushed to next week — and there is no weekend, night or public holiday surcharge.
Do you charge for the visit and diagnosis?
The call-out is AED 100 (AED 125 for premium brands such as Miele, Gaggenau and Wolf), and it is waived when you approve the repair. We tell you what is wrong and what it will cost before any work starts. All prices exclude 5% VAT.
What if the appliance cannot be repaired?
No fix, no fee: if we cannot repair it, you pay nothing for the visit. We will also tell you plainly when a repair is not worth the money on an older or low-cost appliance.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes — 90 days on the parts we fit and the labour we carry out. If the same fault comes back within that period, we return and put it right at no extra charge. The warranty covers our repair, not unrelated new faults.
Are you connected to the brands you repair?
No. Unitech Maintenance is an independent repair company, not an agent of any manufacturer. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, use the manufacturer's own service channel first — an independent repair may affect that cover.
Do you use original spare parts?
We use OEM parts where they are available. If an original part is discontinued or slow to source, we tell you before fitting a high-grade equivalent, and parts are always quoted and approved before work begins.
How do I pay?
Cash, card or bank transfer, after the repair is done and tested in front of you.
