How the price works
The technician diagnoses the fault at your home and gives you a fixed price. Nothing starts until you approve it. If you go ahead, the AED 100 call-out is waived; if you decide not to, you pay only the call-out. If we cannot repair it at all, you pay nothing for the visit.
Premium-brand rates
Repairs on Miele, Gaggenau, Wolf, Viking, Bertazzoni and La Germania carry a published 25% uplift over these rates, rounded up to the nearest AED 5 — including a call-out of AED 125. The exact figures are on each brand's page.
