Samsung washers, fridges and dishwashers show short, well-documented codes, so the display usually tells us where to start. We confirm the fault by testing and price the job before any work.

Common repairsThese are Samsung codes documented consistently across its UAE-market models. A code narrows the search — it does not name the broken part on its own, which is why every job starts with a test.
What it means
Water supply error. The washer is not getting enough water within the time it allows. Some older models show the same fault as 4E.
Usually
A closed or partly closed tap, a kinked inlet hose, or blocked mesh filters where the hose meets the machine. Low water pressure in some buildings can trigger it too. If the supply is fine, the inlet valve is the next suspect.
Safe to check yourself
Check both taps are fully open and the hose is not kinked behind the machine.
What it means
Drain error. The water is not draining out of the drum within the expected time. Some older models show it as 5E.
Usually
Most often a blocked debris filter behind the small cover at the bottom front, or a kinked or blocked drain hose. If both are clear, the drain pump is usually failing.
Safe to check yourself
Switch off, put a towel and shallow tray down, and clean the debris filter at the bottom front.
What it means
Unbalanced load. The drum cannot balance the load safely enough to spin, so spinning is stopped or reduced. Some models show Ub.
Usually
A single heavy item — a bath mat, a duvet, a pair of jeans on their own. If it keeps happening with normal loads, worn shock absorbers or a levelling problem are likely.
Safe to check yourself
Redistribute the load, add or remove items so it can balance, and restart the spin.
What it means
Door error. The machine cannot confirm that the door is properly closed and locked, so it will not start or continue. Some models show dE or dE1.
Usually
Laundry caught in the door, a damaged door hook, or a failed door lock assembly.
What it means
Leak detected. The leak sensor has found water in the base of the dishwasher and has stopped the cycle. Some models show LE.
Usually
A leaking hose or seal inside the machine, or oversudsing from the wrong detergent. The water in the base has to be cleared and the leak found before the machine will run normally.
What it means
Demo (showroom) mode. The lights and display work but the fridge is not cooling, because demo mode switches the compressor off.
Usually
Demo mode being left on, or switched on by accident. It is not a fault in the fridge itself.
Safe to check yourself
The model's manual gives the button combination that exits demo mode — usually two buttons held together for a few seconds.
We are an independent UAE repair company working across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, 24 hours a day. Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labour, and the call-out is waived when you approve the work.
If your appliance is still under Samsung warranty, use Samsung's own service channel first — an independent repair may affect that cover.
Most of our Samsung calls are for front-load washers and washer-dryers, side-by-side and French-door fridges, dishwashers and countertop microwaves. The full model code — on the rating plate inside the door rim of a washer, or inside the fresh-food compartment of a fridge — identifies the exact parts, so it is worth finding before you call.
Samsung parts are matched to the full model code, including its suffix. We confirm the exact part, whether it is available and the expected wait with you before the repair is approved, and we tell you before fitting anything other than an original part.
Illustrated. We publish only photographs our own technicians took, and we do not have one for this brand yet.
Starting prices for the repairs we do most on Samsung appliances. The final figure is confirmed on site after diagnosis, and nothing starts until you approve it.

Call or WhatsApp with the model number and what the appliance is doing. An error code helps.
The technician tests and confirms the fault before anything is replaced. No guessing.
You get a fixed price and approve it before work starts. Parts are quoted separately.
We run the appliance in front of you, then the repair carries a 90-day warranty.
Straight answers to what people ask us most about Samsung appliances.
5C means the machine could not drain in time. Most of the time it is a blockage rather than a broken machine. Switch it off, put a towel and a shallow tray down, open the small cover at the bottom front and clean the debris filter — coins, hair clips and lint collect there. Check the drain hose is not kinked. If it still will not drain, the drain pump has usually failed, which is a straightforward call-out for us.
Probably not. OF OF means the fridge is in demo (showroom) mode, which keeps the lights and display working but switches the cooling off. The manual for your model gives the button combination that exits it. If you exit demo mode and the fridge still does not cool within a few hours, call us.
The call-out is AED 100, and it is waived if you approve the repair — so if we do the work, you are not paying separately for the diagnosis. We tell you what is wrong and what it will cost before we start, and nothing goes ahead without your approval. Starting prices for common repairs are on our pricing page; all prices exclude 5% VAT.
Yes. We give a 90-day warranty covering both the parts we fit and the labour. If the same fault comes back within that period, we return and put it right at no extra charge. The warranty covers the repair we carried out — not a new, unrelated fault elsewhere in the appliance.
We cover Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, and we are open 24 hours, 7 days a week, with no weekend, night or public holiday surcharge. Call when the fault happens and we will book the earliest slot for your area.
Any code showing on the display, written down exactly as it appears, and the model number from the rating plate. A photo of the plate on WhatsApp is ideal. Together they narrow the fault before we arrive and tell us which parts fit.
