Unitech Maintenance is the short name of UNITECH HOME BUILDING MAINTENANCE L.L.C. The company holds Professional Licence (Regular) 134585, issued by the Ajman Department of Economic Development. We repair home appliances across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman — and we are open 24 hours a day.
Who we are
We are an independent maintenance and technical services company, registered in Masfout, Ajman. Our technicians travel to homes, villas and apartments across four emirates to diagnose and repair washing machines, dryers, fridges, freezers, dishwashers, cookers, ovens, hobs, microwaves, coffee machines and air conditioners.
The way we work is deliberately simple. Every fault is tested before anything is replaced. You get a fixed price and approve it before work starts. The repair is tested in front of you, and it carries a 90-day warranty on parts and labour.
We are independent of every manufacturer. We are not an agent or an appointed service centre for any brand, and we say so on every page — because an honest starting point is the only kind worth having.

Why it matters: when an oven trips because of the socket it is plugged into, or the isolator switch behind a hob has failed, the same licensed company can put right the electrical fitting as well as the appliance — no second contractor, no second call-out.

A code or a symptom narrows the search; a test confirms it. We do not swap parts until something works.
Straight answers on cost
Our starting prices are published. On older or inexpensive appliances we will tell you plainly when a repair is not worth it.
Honest about warranties
If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we will tell you to use the manufacturer first — an independent repair may affect that cover.
