Services offered through this website
This website advertises home appliance repair and maintenance — washing machines and dryers, refrigerators and freezers, dishwashers, cookers, ovens and hobs, microwaves, coffee machines and domestic air conditioning — in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman.
“Home appliance repair” is not itself a line item on the licence, and we do not claim that it is. What Licence No. 134585 records is the five activities listed above — among them Buildings Maintenance, Electrical Fittings & Fixtures Services and Repair and maintenance of Air-conditioners, Cooling Equipments And Central Air Refining. The two lists are kept separate on this page on purpose, so that what the licence records is never confused with what we sell.

Unitech Maintenance is an independent repair service provider and is not an authorized agent of any manufacturer. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
We are a third-party repair company. We hold no agency agreement, franchise, appointment or endorsement from any appliance manufacturer, and we are not an appointed service centre of any manufacturer. Nothing on this website should be read as suggesting otherwise.
Manufacturer names, model names and error codes appear on this website for one reason only: to identify the equipment we repair. That use is descriptive. It does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any of the manufacturers named.
Manufacturer warranties
If your appliance is still within its manufacturer warranty, use the manufacturer's own service channel first. Allowing an independent company to open or repair an appliance can affect that cover, and we would rather tell you before we start than after. We cannot tell you that a manufacturer warranty will survive an independent repair — that decision rests with the manufacturer and depends on its own terms, which we neither set nor control.
Our 90-day warranty on parts and labour is given by UNITECH HOME BUILDING MAINTENANCE L.L.C on the work we carry out. It is our own warranty on our own work, and it is separate from, and additional to, any manufacturer warranty that may apply to your appliance.

You do not have to take any of this on trust.
