These are codes we are called out for on Indesit appliances in the UAE. A code narrows the search — it does not name the broken part on its own, which is why every job starts with a test rather than a guess.

What it means
Water drain failure / drain timeout. The dishwasher did not pump its dirty water out within the allowed time, so it stops, usually with standing water in the tub. Check the filters, the drain hose for kinks or blockages, and the under-sink plumbing and waste spigot; if those are clear, the drain pump itself is the likely fault.

Clogged filter or sump, a blocked or badly routed drain hose, or a drain pump that has jammed or failed.

Do you repair Indesit washing machines, dishwashers, fridges and cookers in Dubai?

My Indesit dishwasher will not drain and is showing an error. Can I do anything before booking?
Yes, and it is worth two minutes. Turn the dishwasher off, lift out the bottom basket and remove the filter assembly in the base, then rinse away the food debris and grease that collects there. Check the drain hose behind the machine for kinks and make sure it has not been pushed too deep into the waste pipe. If the machine still will not empty, the drain pump or the sump is the likely problem and it needs opening up.

Can you repair my Indesit dishwasher if it is still under warranty?
If it is still inside Indesit's own warranty, use Indesit's service channel first — an independent repair may affect that cover. Once that warranty has ended, we repair it at your home, and our own 90-day warranty covers the parts we fit and the work we do.
Where is the model number on my Indesit dishwasher?
Usually on the edge of the door or on the side of the tub, seen with the door open. Send a photo of that label on WhatsApp with what the dishwasher is doing and any code on the display — the model number tells us which parts fit before we arrive.
