Water left standing in the bottom
Almost always a blocked drain filter, jammed drain pump impeller, or a drain hose that has sagged behind the unit. We clear it, test the pump under load and correct the hose run.
Will not start or door will not lock
Door latch micro-switches wear out with daily use, and the machine refuses to run if it cannot confirm the door is shut. Usually a quick, low-cost replacement.
Leaking under the kitchen unit
Door gaskets, split inlet hoses, cracked sump seals and loose clamps. Integrated units hide leaks until cabinets are damaged — we pull the machine safely and pressure-test it.
Error code or flashing lights
E15, E24, i30, F1 and similar codes usually point to water in the base tray, a drain fault or a heater problem. We read the code, then confirm it against the actual component.
Not drying, or cycle never finishes
Failed heating element, faulty thermostat or a NTC sensor giving the board bad readings. We test the heating circuit properly instead of guessing at the board.
