My Magic Chef mini fridge runs but is not cold. What is wrong?
Most often it is the thermostat or a door seal that is no longer closing properly; less often it is the sealed cooling system itself. We test each on site and tell you the price — and whether the repair is worth it on a small unit — before any work starts.
How much does Magic Chef refrigerator repair cost?
Our inspection and fixing fee is AED 100. If any parts need replacing, they are charged on top — and only with your approval. If you decide not to go ahead after the inspection, the AED 100 is payable; if we cannot repair it at all, you pay nothing. All prices exclude 5% VAT.
Can you repair my Magic Chef refrigerator if it is still under warranty?
If it is still inside Magic Chef's own warranty, use Magic Chef's service channel first — an independent repair may affect that cover. Once that warranty has ended, we repair it at your home, and our own 90-day warranty covers the parts we fit and the work we do.
Where is the model number on my Magic Chef refrigerator?
Usually on a label inside the fresh-food compartment, usually on a side wall. Send a photo of that label on WhatsApp with what the refrigerator is doing — the model number tells us which parts fit before we arrive.
