My Magic Chef microwave runs but does not heat. Is it safe to open it?
No. A microwave stores a dangerous charge in its high-voltage circuit even when unplugged. A microwave that runs without heating usually has a failed magnetron or a fault in that circuit, which is a job for a technician.
How much does Magic Chef microwave repair cost?
Our inspection and fixing fee is AED 100. If any parts need replacing, they are charged on top — and only with your approval. If you decide not to go ahead after the inspection, the AED 100 is payable; if we cannot repair it at all, you pay nothing. All prices exclude 5% VAT.
Can you repair my Magic Chef microwave if it is still under warranty?
If it is still inside Magic Chef's own warranty, use Magic Chef's service channel first — an independent repair may affect that cover. Once that warranty has ended, we repair it at your home, and our own 90-day warranty covers the parts we fit and the work we do.
Where is the model number on my Magic Chef microwave?
Usually on the back or the side of the cabinet, or inside the door frame. Send a photo of that label on WhatsApp with what the microwave is doing — the model number tells us which parts fit before we arrive.
