These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website homeappliancerepair-uae.com and the appliance repair services provided by UNITECH HOME BUILDING MAINTENANCE L.L.C ("we", "our", "the Company") in the United Arab Emirates. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Services
We provide repair and maintenance services for home appliances — including washing machines, washer dryers, refrigerators and freezers, dishwashers, cooking ranges, ovens, and electric and gas cookers — of all types and brands, at customer locations in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Ajman.
3. Quotes, Diagnosis & Pricing
- Our technician will inspect the appliance and diagnose the fault at your location.
- Before any repair work begins, you will receive a clear quote covering labour and any required spare parts.
- Work starts only after you approve the quote. If you decline the repair after diagnosis, only the agreed inspection/visit charge (if any was communicated to you in advance) applies.
- All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). VAT is applied where required by UAE law, and a proper invoice is provided for every job.
4. Appointments & Access
- We aim to arrive within the agreed time window. Same-day service depends on your location and technician availability.
- You agree to provide safe access to the appliance and the premises, and to disclose any known hazards.
- If nobody is available at the agreed time, the visit may need to be rescheduled.
5. Spare Parts
- We use quality spare parts compatible with your appliance. Where genuine manufacturer parts are requested, availability and price will be confirmed before ordering.
- If a part must be ordered, we will give you an estimated timeframe. Replaced faulty parts can be left with you on request.
6. Service Warranty
- Repairs are covered by a service warranty of up to 90 days from the date of repair, covering the specific fault repaired and the parts we replaced.
- The warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults, damage caused by misuse, power surges, water damage, pest damage, or repairs/modifications attempted by others after our visit.
- To claim warranty service, contact us with your invoice details and we will re-attend free of charge for the covered fault.
7. Liability
- We carry out all work with professional care and skill. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service concerned.
- We are not liable for indirect losses (such as food spoilage, loss of use, or loss of income) or for pre-existing damage and defects in the appliance or premises.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
8. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge by calling or messaging us before the technician is dispatched to your address.
9. Website Use
The content of this website is for general information about our services. While we keep it accurate and up to date, it does not constitute a binding offer; final pricing is always confirmed in the quote you approve before work begins.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
